|Unless you're a time traveler|
you have to take things one day
at a time.
A popular cliche that people use when they're recovering from a tragedy or some other difficult situation is "I'm just taking things one day at a time." That's great and I'm glad you're recovering from what happened and the healing process is beginning, but let's not act like you have a choice in the matter. We all have to take things one day at a time. That's what days are. Days are a division of time that we take to do things in. If you can take full weeks or months at a time please let me know because you must have mastered time travel or some shit. We all take things one day at a time so don't even bother saying this. Taking things minute by minute is pretty bad. That means you could die at any moment, so taking things one day at a time isn't all that bad.
