Ask McFartnuggets: “Why Does Samuel L. Jackson Do Capital One Commercials?”

Who are you to question
Samuel L?
Dear McFartnuggets:
Have you seen these Captial One credit card commercials with Samuel L. Jackson on them? Why he doing this? He’s been in a thousand movies he must already have enough money. Why he do this?! If he was doing a commercial for Dr. Pepper or some shit I wouldn’t care, but he doing commercials for credit cards! Credit cards ruin people’s lives! The only way they make money is from people in debt. People struggling to pay bills and pay off their credit cards. What’s in your wallet Samuel L. Jackson? Money from American people suffering? That’s just wrong ya’ll. -- Shayniqua from Hotlanta

Dear Shayniqua:
That may be true, but you need to understand it’s Samuel L. Jackson. I think he’s earned the right to make as much money as he wants. He’s made hundreds of hours of entertainment for all the people out there in severe credit card debt so the least they can do is help line his pockets. Plus, it would make sense he endorses a credit card and asks “What’s in your wallet?” since in Jurassic Park his character famously said “Hold onto your butts” which is where a lot of people keep their wallets, in their back pockets. It makes sense when you think about it.
