|Stella ain't got shit|
on a llama.
When it comes to grooves, you think of two people, Stella from “How Stella Got Her Groove Back” and The Emperor from “The Emperor’s New Groove.” My question is who had the better groove? Who grooved better? -- Natalie from New Haven, Connecticut
Well considering Stella HAD a groove and merely regained it, that has to put her behind The Emperor in grooviness. Plus, The Emperor’s groove involved transforming into a llama. That’s pretty damn groovy. Fact is, I don’t think you can really compare grooves. A groove basically means a fixed routine. If you’re comparing Stella’s groove to The Emperor’s then there’s not much of a comparison to make. One is about a woman trying to get laid the other is an Incan emperor becoming a domesticated South American camelid. The whole idea of a groove is that it’s unspectacular, but if you had to weigh one groove over the other I’d say the emperor’s was more substantial and miraculous. Anytime you’re involved in interspecies transformation that tends to be a big deal. Thanks for the question, I hope this helped.
