|Does this look like|
success to you?
Thomas Alva Edison once said, “Success is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration.” If that’s true then how come when I walk up to a lady to ask her out on a date and I’m sweating profusely like I’m about to suffer cardiac arrest in the Amazon rainforest I get turned down every single time? Clearly perspiration is being overrated here a bit. You can have the 10% of inspiration to go up and ask a woman out and 90% perspiration going on in your face and armpits and you will usually get turned down. When you’re sweating that much usually there’s a sour odor that emanates from your body. Plus, you’ve got sweat dripping down your face that sprays off your lips when you talk and gets on the other person which is never helpful. And of course you look like you’re about to have a heart attack and die which isn’t what most people look for in a date. Success is more like 5% inspiration, 10% confidence, 84% money and 1% perspiration. You need to sweat a little to release toxins from your body and serve basic respiration functions, but 90% is just too damn much. Thomas Edison needs revision.
